With just a few participants per class, our expert instructors tailor exercises to your needs, helping you build strength, improve mobility, and see results faster. Struggling with back pain? Our expert instructors are here to help. This semi-private session is designed for those who need a gentle yet highly effective approach to strengthening the core, improving mobility, and reducing discomfort. Using the reformer and other Pilates equipment, we’ll focus on building deep core stability and better posture to support your spine. You must have prior clearance to exercise from your doctor to participate.
While we can’t guarantee results, mindful movement is the primary recommended course of treatment for non-specific back pain, and many of the exercises in this class mirror those found in a physical therapist’s office. With expert instruction and a personalized approach, you'll build strength where you need it most and move toward lasting relief.

New to Pilates? This is where you start. Strong Foundations is designed for those who are just beginning their Pilates journey or anyone who wants to revisit the essentials with expert guidance. In this small-group setting, you'll learn proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques to build strength and confidence in every movement. Walk away from each session feeling stronger, taller, and more connected to your body.
As you build confidence in your body’s strength and control, you’ll start to notice the difference outside the studio too—whether it’s better posture at your desk, improved balance, or simply feeling more connected and at ease in your everyday movements. Our expert instructors will fine-tune your movements so you get the most out of every session.

Take your Pilates practice to the next level. This class is for those who are already comfortable with Pilates fundamentals and want to refine their precision, control, and flow. With expert instruction, you’ll progress into intermediate and advanced exercises that require spotters and precise alignment—movements like inversions, deep backbends, and more challenging balance work that aren’t often taught in large group classes.
Expect a highly personalized experience that helps you unlock new levels of strength, control, and body awareness. Our instructors will fine-tune your technique so you can safely and effectively push your practice further than ever before.
Founding Member Semi-Private Training Packages
Limited quantities available until we open our doors in our permanent space.
4 Session Pack — $220
Great for anyone practicing once per week, this package is valid for 4 weeks after your first class. A great deal at just $55 per session.
8 Session Pack — $400
Great for anyone practicing twice per week, this package is valid for 10 weeks after your first class. A great deal at just $50 per session.

Semi-Private registration works much like private session registration, and you’ll be able to save your spots for as many sessions as you purchase. We recommend making a recurring weekly reservation in your preferred session(s).

If you can’t make it to a class you’ve reserved, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance for our Semi-Private Training Sessions and 12 hours in advance for our regular group classes. While we don’t charge a fee, late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that pass. This policy allows us to fairly compensate our teachers for their time and dedication. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to make exceptions, even for medical reasons. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.

If a class is full, don’t hesitate to join the waitlist!
As spots become available, you’ll be automatically added to the class and receive a text and email notification so long as it is at least an hour before the start of class. Please be sure you’ve opted into notifications from us.
If you can’t commit to taking a spot that might open, please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours before class.

📍 Where will classes take place?
Classes will be held at Fitness on Broughton located at 1 Broughton Street, where you’ll also have access to their sauna and locker room facilities.
🤔 How is Semi-Private different from a regular group class?
Semi-Private Training combines the personalization of private sessions with the energy of a small group. Our expert instructors will give you hands-on adjustments, personalized feedback, and access to exercises not typically taught in larger classes—leading to faster progress and more noticeable results.
🕒 Will this program continue long-term?
Yes! We are committed to offering Semi-Private Training even when we return to our original studio space. Class times may shift based on demand, but the program will continue.
🚗 Where should I park?
There is paid street parking nearby, and the closest parking garages are the State Street and Congress Street garages.
📅 What if I don’t see a class time that works for me?
This is just our starting schedule! As more people sign up, we will add more times. If you have a specific request, email us and let us know!
